From the line-level officer to command staff, our training programs encourage a positive mindset to enhance productivity and retention specific to public safety. Since we know leadership has never been one size fits all, we are constantly evolving with the industry while maintaining a solid foundation of proven leadership and management philosophies. These lessons learned have been proven to increase morale, decrease discretionary use of paid time off, and significantly enhance the relationship between agency and community.
Public safety courses are intended for law enforcement, fire services, EMS, and emergency communications personnel.
Become a Host Agency
Do you represent a public safety agency or healthcare facility in need of specific wellness and/or leadership training? We want to hear from you!
We provide both agency-specific training (privately hosted by your organization with only your internal staff in attendance) and regional training opportunities (hosted in a central location and open to other public safety professionals throughout the area).
We're able to keep course costs down for everyone by partnering with host agencies for regional training opportunities. Host agencies earn a limited number of complimentary seats by providing an approved training location. The host agency and 38 Seconds Coaching mutually advertises the training event and our staff handles all registration and fee collection.
